Can we return/exchange our products?

All items* bought from ATTIRE ESSENTIALS® can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase using the following methods:

 

Option 1: Request our support team for our exchange form & fill it out. Include the form in your return package and ship it using your preferred courier service. Upon receiving your package at our warehouse, we will process your exchange request. A 300 PKR delivery fee for exchanged products will be collected as cash on delivery (COD).

 

Option 2: For a more convenient exchange process, simply fill in the Google Form that will be provided to you by our support team. Upon receiving your details, we will swiftly prepare your replacement package and have it shipped directly to your location. Our dedicated rider will collect the returned item from your doorstep and deliver the new package. Please note that this option incurs a flat-rate fee of 550 PKR, payable as COD or through a bank transfer.

 

It is important to ensure that the rider collects the replacement package from your end before delivering the new items. Please securely pack the products in a shopper bag and hand them over to the rider for a seamless process.

Anticipated Timeline for Exchange Delivery: 

 

Our team typically processes exchange packages weekly, ensuring efficient handling of your request. Anticipate the arrival of your exchange parcel at your specified destination within a week's time.

Return Policy:

All products purchased from ATTIRE ESSENTIALS® are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.

If you wish to raise a dispute, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by reaching out to us at support@attireessential.com or via Instagram (@attireessentials).

 

At ATTIRE ESSENTIALS®, we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive for fairness for all parties involved.

 

Please note that certain scenarios make it difficult for us to process returns and exchanges, including but not limited to the following: 

 

Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.

Products damaged due to use.

Products that have been tampered with.

Size issues caused by customers.
